Puppy dumped in car park with broken hip
A nine-week-old puppy with a broken hip spent more than two hours in pain abandoned in a car park before he was found.
The RSPCA is appealing for information after the white and tan coloured Staffordshire bull terrier-type dog was discovered in a cardboard box by staff outside Bicester Veterinary Centre in Victoria Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire.
CCTV revealed footage of a slim, young man in a purple T-shirt acting suspiciously in the car park at about 2pm on August 1, an RSPCA spokesman said.
